A step-by-step guide to placing wholesale orders with Isekai Trading.

Register for a Business Account
Create an account with your company details, tax ID, and shipping country. Our team reviews applications within 1-2 business days.

Browse the Catalog
Once approved, you'll see wholesale pricing in GBP on all products. Use filters to find products by brand, series, stock status, or cutoff date. Sort by best selling to see popular items.

Add Items to Cart
Enter your desired quantity (respecting MOQ and carton quantities where applicable). Use the +CTN button to add full cartons at a time. Add items to your cart as you browse.

Review and Checkout
Review your cart, update quantities, and proceed to checkout. Choose your payment method: bank wire transfer (no fee) or credit card (+3% surcharge).

Payment
For bank transfers, you'll receive our bank details by email. For card payments, payment is processed immediately via Airwallex.

Order Processing
In-stock items are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order items are dispatched once they arrive from Japan. You'll receive tracking information by email.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
No processing fee. Our bank details are sent by email after checkout. Payment must be received within 5 business days.
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted via Airwallex. Processed securely at checkout.
Important Notes
- All catalog prices are listed in GBP. EUR and other currency estimates are shown for reference.
- All orders are prepaid. We do not offer credit terms.
- Pre-order cutoff dates are firm. Orders placed after the cutoff cannot be guaranteed.
- Release dates are manufacturer estimates and subject to change.
- Items marked "Limited Stock" are first-come-first-served and cannot be reordered.
- B2B reverse charge applies for VAT-registered UK businesses.
